As a renowned professional speaker, Rosalie Moscoe has electrified and inspired over 800 audiences at corporations, associations, and other groups since 1995. She guided people to reduce stress and achieve maximum physical and mental well-being through keynote addresses, seminar/webinars and gave individual nutritional consulting. Rosalie is a graduate of Centennial College’s Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion Program ’95, and former college instructor on stress-management at the college. She also is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, an honours graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition ’98.
She is author of Amazon’s bestselling book, Frazzled Hurried Woman! Your Stress Relief Guide to Thriving…Not Merely Surviving. She produced a DVD Video and CD Audio Program, Less Stress: More Success! and CD Audio Program, Food & Mood: A Love/Hate Relationship.
Music and Performing Career
Prior to her speaking and nutrition career, Rosalie was a singer/songwriter and performer for over 20 years, – first as instructor for children’s creative music programs, then, part of the Canadian, singing duo “Jim & Rosalie”. She then became a solo artist, and during her music career recorded five children’s albums and was nominated for two Juno (Canadian Music) awards. Mental Health Information
For a cause dear to her heart, Moscoe served as Co-Chair of the International Schizophrenia Foundation/ION, Integrated Orthomolecular Network which promoted integrative, orthomolecular (therapeutic nutritional) treatments for all forms of mental illness, enabling people to lead healthy and independent lives.
