 My Story: From Frazzled to Fantastic!

Not that long ago, I found myself caught in this vicious cycle – burdened by too many responsibilities – I felt guilty, depressed and trapped. As a successful children’s music performer, I travelled a lot and struggled to manage work and family responsibilities. My hurried lifestyle came with a price – I spent years with throat infections, back problems and other ailments. Finally, I made the conscious decision to take charge of my life and learned ways to relax, improve my diet and lifestyle. Most importantly, I began to understand how to alter my attitude and perception of stressful events.
