Stress Programs

I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Rosalie’s performance on her talk of "From Frazzled to Fantastic" at a recent eWomenNetwork event. I was entertained and educated at the same time. Even though her information is related to some pretty serious issues regarding the effects of stress on our health, she presents the information with humour that makes the points memorable. Through personal stories, strategies for boosted well-being (and song), she really gives a lot to her audience.

— Cheryl Gregory, Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, www.cherylgregory.com

Thank you for the entertaining and informative seminar, ‘Hurried Person Transforms!’, that you gave for us. The staff really enjoyed your session and overall rated it a 4.5 out of 5.0- which is excellent! It was a good look at a hurried lifestyle that all staff could relate to, and you gave us strategies to help find a work/life balance. I look forward to your next stress relief program later this year.

Nurtrition Programs

Your presentation was terrific! You really know your stuff! The event was well attended by stakeholders, service providers, frontline healthcare workers, staff and the general public. There was great enthusiasm by our attendees and your presentation received wonderful feedback from the participants. Both my colleague who came with me and I were very impressed by your knowledge on this subject. We shared what we had learned to the others who couldn’t attend. I found it particularly interesting the connection between the stomach and the brain and the constant ‘talking’ that occurs. And from your handout I’m amazed by the staggering information about aspartame! Again, thank you Rosalie so much for giving the presentation! We look forward to having you speak for us again.

— Maria Bates, Wellness Coordinator, Occupational Health & Wellness, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences.

Rosalie Moscoe made presentations to our students and parent community at St. John the Baptist Catholic Elementary School, April 2011. When she presented to our Grade 1 – 3 students “Healthy Living for Growing Up Strong”, she used Herman, her frog puppet friend and songs to entertain while informing them of the importance of healthy nutrition. Our Grade 4 – 8 students were given excellent information to guide their food choices and to encourage healthy eating. In a third presentation to our parents entitled, “Super Nutrition for Healthy Living”, Rosalie informed parents how healthy eating leads to better health, energy levels, emotional balance, and mental alertness. All of her presentations were engaging, information packed, emphasized how important nutrition is to our health and well-being, and supported our implementation of the Food and Beverage Policy (Ministry of Education of Ontario). It was a pleasure having Rosalie inform our School Community about this topic so vital to us all.
