Each recipe makes 2 or 3 servings
Brainy Blend
½ cup almond milk
1 scoop rice protein powder
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup seedless grapes
1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
1/3 cup ground flax or chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Eye Opener

Teens need exceptional nutrition – their bodies are still growing and maturing and so are their brains.
